Arrangements during Covid-19 pandemic

We have resumed face-to-face appointments in our clinic. In doing this, we are taking every precaution to protect both our patients and staff, and are observing strict physical distancing and hand hygiene standards. However, if you have been in contact with a person with confirmed Covid-19 in the past 14 days, or if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please call us to re-schedule your appointment.

For patients who are unable to attend our clinic in person, we are still offering telehealth appointments where possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss the different options for your consultation.

To make an appointment for any of our clinics:

  • call us on (02) 9812 2950. If you are a new patient, our friendly reception staff will take you through some questions to make sure we book you into the clinic most appropriate for you. This can take about 10-15 minutes.
  • complete our online booking enquiry form (new and existing patients). This form will take you approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and we will contact you in 1-2 business days to follow up and make your booking.

You can also email us at

When we have made an appointment for you as a new patient, we will send an email with details about your telehealth booking, information about the clinic you'll be attending, and a new patient registration form.
