Our Approach

MPRS brings together a team comprised of some of the best reconstructive and plastic surgeons in Australia and specialist nurses widely recognised in their field for their significant skills and experience.

While surgeons in general are trained to have broad capabilities across several areas, our surgeons have further developed specific skills in sub-specialised areas. They have all completed advanced international fellowship training in their sub-specialty and are responsible for the introduction of new and innovative techniques in Australia.

MPRS is part of MQ Health and located on-campus at Macquarie University. Our surgeons all hold academic positions and are actively engaged in research and teaching. This means that as a patient with us you have access to recognised leaders in tertiary-level surgery, many of whom regularly take on some of the most difficult and complex procedures in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
