Biography

A/Prof. Amanda Wang, MBBS, PhD, FRACP is a Consultant Nephrologist and General Physician with expertise in acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, diabetic kidney disease, glomerular disease, dialysis, and post–kidney transplant care. She is a Clinical Associate Professor at Macquarie University and a Senior Research Fellow at The George Institute for Global Health. Her research focuses on kidney disease and dialysis, with over 70 peer-reviewed publications. Her research career has been supported by several prestigious fellowships and awards. A/Prof. Wang is a Visiting Professor at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, China.
