Biography
A/Prof Louise Koelmeyer is the Head, Department of Health Sciences and Director, Australian Lymphoedema Education, Research and Treatment Centre (ALERT) within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences. Louise is a lymphoedema and occupational therapist, educator and researcher with over 30 years of clinical experience in both public and private hospitals, and clinic settings specialising in breast cancer rehabilitation and lymphoedema management. Louise strategically manages and develops the education, research and treatment arms of the innovative multidisciplinary, translational clinical, research and education centre that is a recognised LE&RN Comprehensive Centre of Excellence.
