Cardiology
Prof Ng is an interventional Cardiologist with interests in clinical, scientific and technological innovation in cardiology. He founded the Structural Heart program at MQ Health, establishing a program that set benchmarks for excellence in clinical outcomes and pioneered world firsts in minimally invasive treatment of heart disease. Prof Ng heads a NHMRC supported bench-to-bedside biomedical research program that seeks to address unmet patient needs by developing new treatments for heart disease. Prof Ng graduated from Medicine and a PhD from the University of Sydney. He undertook his training in interventional cardiology at Stanford University Medical Centre.
