Biography
Dr Alttahir is an Australian-trained orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in lower limb arthroplasty, foot and ankle surgery, complex limb reconstruction and deformity correction. He undertook further training in Australia, Switzerland and Spain. His interests include anterior hip replacement, robotic-assisted knee replacement, primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, total ankle replacement, foot reconstruction, limb lengthening and orthopaedic trauma. He uses advanced CAD software, patient-specific surgical guides and custom 3D-printed implants to support personalised surgical planning and complex reconstruction.
