Biography

Tegan is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Sydney. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries and is passionate about helping people improve movement and return to the activities they love. A high-level athlete, Tegan has represented Australia at two World Cups in Indoor Hockey and Hockey 5s. Her elite sporting experience supports her evidence-based, energetic approach to physiotherapy, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
