For example, we are well known for our research into the causes of and potential treatments for motor neuron disease (MND). Each year we receive many donations from generous individuals who want to help us put an end this terrible disease.
Those substantial donations, along with major competitive research grants our teams are awarded by the National Health and Medical Research Council, MND Australia and FightMND, support Australia’s largest research centre in MND here at Macquarie University.
